Fixing pallete in Omega by cesar

One more day, one more fix. This time is a simple thing: fix the monopallete char "Omega", and adding 3 more colors to his character.

Don't have too much to talk about here, i only rearranged the sprite structure, putting who is important in first, and leaving garbage to end.
